Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been shipped by contacting Bensons Watches as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the status of the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Returns & Warranty Policy.

Cancellations After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refused as a means of obtaining a refund. All sales are final unless otherwise covered by our stated warranty or applicable consumer rights.

Custom or Special Orders

Orders involving special requests, customizations, or items specifically sourced for a customer may not be eligible for cancellation once processing or sourcing has begun.

How to Request a Cancellation
